Introduction to User UC Profiling Survey 

As part of the planning process for your organization's migration to new unified communication technologies, your management requires information about your current individual use of communication facilities and needs in doing your job. This survey will take 5-15 minutes of your time and will help your organization plan new and better communication services for your individual job responsibilities and business contact requirements.

The questions will help identify key factors for your individual business communication needs, including:

  • Your job responsibilities,

  • Your different work environments

  • Your different modes of business communications, when you usually use them, and how satisfactory they are as a contact initiator and as a contact recipient/respondent. These include communication features that are supplied by a service you use rather than company-owned technology.

  • The specific types of communication endpoint devices (desktop or mobile) you now use for business contacts and frequency of use.
