At Cisco’s annual analyst conference, renamed C- Scape, I had the opportunity to speak with two of Cisco’s UC visionaries – Rick McConnell, Vice President & General Manager Unified Communications Business Unit, and Roxanne Swanson, Vice President with Cisco’s Advanced Technologies Unified Communications group.
