UC Experts Discuss Recent Industry Conferences
Members of the UCStrategies expert UC panel share their experiences from several recent industry conferences. STC’s Fall Conference, and AstriCon 2009 were both held in October. STC, the Society of Telecommunications Consultants, devoted this year’s pre-conference session entirely to Unified Communications: the status of the UC market, and how UC is changing the role and knowledge of the consultants who advise customers on their enterprise communications strategies. AstriCon is Digium’s annual showcase for Asterisk and SwitchVox products. The discussion panel includes UC experts Jim Burton, Marty Parker, Michael Finneran, Don Van Doren, and Dave Michels.
