Thanks Ana - I've been focusing on the importance of the user experience for a long time, and it's refreshing to see the industry move from focusing on the technology to what it means to the end user. That's the only way to build up user adoption and ensure that organizations get the full value of their investments.

Ana: thanks from me too. On top of what Blair said, I think it is critical to give the user viewpoints from real world examples to try to have the industry understand what we are wanting and how to spend our money.
