Pam, founder of Sierra Summit Group
, has spent the past 11 years in the converged technology industry, during which time, among other endeavors, she founded and directed the CT Pioneers, the organization for resellers transitioning to a CT business model and for manufacturers as they wrestled with the development of their own “converged reseller” channel. Five years ago, Pam established her consulting practice, focused on convergence and unified communication channel development. Her clients have included ShoreTel, where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of their reseller channel strategy; Cisco; Interactive Intelligence, where she provided a complete audit of their channel program along with an extensive action plan for implementing her recommendations; Siemens; 3COM, where she worked on the channel strategy and programs for the launch of their VCX solutions; and others.
Pam’s background combines years of sales and marketing management experience in the telecommunications industry (with AT&T, ROLM, NEC and US West) with an almost equal number of years of management and channel development experience in the data industry (with Novell, Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems).
