AltiGen Exhibits New Solutions at 4G World
AltiGen Communications, Inc. has announced that it will exhibit new mobile convergence solutions at 4G World 2010, a trade show for next-generation technology held in Chicago, Illinois.
Among the exhibited solutions is MaxMobile, a mobile convergence application for mobile network operators that allows them to deliver complete business telephony capabilities via smartphone devices. It's designed for a variety of phones, including Android, BlackBerry, iPhones, and the upcoming Windows Phone 7 smartphones, and will merge all business communications into one device, removing the need for separate phones and landlines.
“With the move away from traditional desk sets to mobile devices, Altigen certainly has the right idea, and they are covering the three major mobile environments, RIM, iPhone, and Android," says UCStrategies UC Expert Michael Finneran. "Their challenge will be to deliver a mobile solution whose capabilities fit the requirements and work habits of mobile workers.”
