Fonality Reveals New Features
Fonality, Inc. announced the release of new product and software enhancements to its line of IP telephony solutions. Its business phone system is available for companies of all sizes, and is flexible, easy to install and manage, and designed to reduce costs while increasing productivity.
Amongst the cloud-based solutions provided by Fonality are Fonality Connect, Fonality Professional, and Fonality Enterprise, which all use Fonality's latest software release, version 2010.1. With this release, businesses with call centers can optimize the caller experience and ensure local and remote supervisors and agents have full access to all its features.
The unified communications suite, HUD, merges all communications into a single dashboard, and allows multiple sites to act as one so that employees in multiple locations can chat with associates, transfer files, or see the status of their colleagues.
