Jabra Launches New Partner Program
Jabra has recently announced the launch of its new WIN Partner Program, designed to provide Jabra's channel partners with a variety of resources and a new communication experience. This program will provide Jabra's partners with a variety of services, with varying levels of partnership for users.
With the WIN program, all of Jabra's enrolled partners will receive 24/7 online access to a collection of the sales tools and marketing materials on the Jabra PartnerNet website, along with certificates and website icons reflecting their partner status. Resellers can reach three partnership levels, depending on the program requirements they meet: Registered Partner, Silver Partner, and Gold Partner. Gold and Silver partners can also receive specialization certifications as Unified Communications or Call Center specialists, and will be promoted on Jabra's website and in its lead generation programs.
According to UC Expert at UCStrategies, Dave Michels, "Jabra is recognizing the importance of the channel. Headset vendors are a particularly tricky challenge as their products are also available via retail outlets, but it's the channel that will deliver a comprehensive UC experience to end users. Designating some partners as 'Unified Communications Specialists' could be very effective if there is some meat behind the credential."
