Joe Outlaw

Joe Outlaw is President and Chief Analyst of Outlaw Research, an independent provider of research, analysis, and strategic advice about contact center systems for large and mid-size businesses.  Prior to founding Outlaw Research Joe created and built the Current Analysis contact center solutions practice as its Principal Analyst, was for 10 years a contact center and mid-market CRM Research Director with Gartner, and held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility over almost 20 years in DuPont’s information systems department. Joe earned a BS - Finance and an MBA at the University of Delaware.
