- VARs and Consultants - Working Together And Adding Mutual Value to the Enterprise Customer
|
| |
Many consultants and VARs have found it difficult and sometimes struggle embracing one another and figure out a way to create a mutual approach to working with the enterprise customer. Consultants can be a ‘forever’ opportunity for VARs/SIs and vendors/manufacturers if embraced and relationships are formed. And VAR/SIs can increase their own value by working with consultants and enterprise customers alike. There are certain approaches that do work, and a mutual approach for helping each other can add value and significant dollars on both sides if embraced.
Join BC Strategies expert Steve Leaden and VAR Diane Smith of ChoiceTel and learn and understand those approaches that do work and those areas that create conflict. We will also be joined by a panel of both consultants, VARs, and vendors who will share their experiences and approaches that work. This session will offer attendees strategies for growing their own respective practices and organizations and embrace the concept of a partnership rather than one of adversary.
