Don Van Doren is president of Vanguard Communications, a leading independent consulting company, founded in 1980. Vanguard helps clients achieve business goals by improving customer interactions through contact centers and self service systems, and by better collaboration among field staff and knowledge workers through innovations in unified communications.
In customer contact solutions, Vanguard’s consultants work with traditional call centers, web-based systems, and self service capabilities. Their projects include assessments and recommendations, business process design, technology planning and selection, IP infrastructure planning, self-service design, and many other customer contact projects.
